Move folder, document cal does not follow

I want to create a new folder which will hold several existing folders with existing Qlikviews with document cals.

If I move the existing folders to this new folder the document cal doesn't move.

If I return to the folders to their original position the document cals are shown again.

Is there a way to move the document cals together with the folders?

Hi,

The document Cal and other information are stored in .shared and other files.

You must copy those files also when you are moving your application files (QVW's)

I moved the complete folder, thus including theses files. Then the QVW's do not show up in de Management console.

Is there a difference between moving and copying?

Have you change the path locations in the QMC?

Bill,

No. The folders remain in the allready mounted folder, which is browsable.

The new required set up is a new subfolder in this mounted folder.
