Named CAL

Hi team, can someone please help??  Qlikview was working fine for me on an Amazon EC2 server 2008, until recently, I had to shut down Qlikview server 2008 and install a new Qlikview server 2019 on Amazon VPC.  Before the shutdown, I upgraded  both machines to the May 2022 version of Qlikview and I saved the Qliktech folder from the older server and I copied pasted to the new server (I also renamed the new server Qliktech folder so that I can have both copies and not override it. 

The problem I am having now is that when I run the server and open Qlikview Access Point, I can only login as Admin, the other users I use to have assigned under Qlikview Administrator can't login, these were users who are "assigned Cal" users, meaning, they should have access to all dashboards.  User "Al" can't connect to Qlikview Access Point, even though he has CAL assigned to him.

The second problem I have is that the public DNS address I created in AWS server for all of the document CAL users to access  wont run for any user as website shows site can't be reached.

Hi,

In looking at the images, your best bet is to delete the users and reassign them CALs
