Kev, really need further information, in particular a screen shot would be the most helpful, in order to try to provide some ideas, but one thing you can try is to clear your web browser cache to see if that clears the issue, might do the trick, but if not, the only other thing of which I can think is you may have a corrupt server object in your profile that is causing things. The QV Admin would have to go into the QMC and Documents\User Documents and the app in question and see what you own there, check to see if there are any bad objects etc., if so, remove those. The other thing you could do is run the shared/tshared cleaning tool to see if that clears things up for you, here is a Help link on that:
