Morning,
having a nightmare (Monday morning )
all users trying to open apps via our access point are getting a "No Connection" message.
this is the first time that i've seen this in 3 years - anyone have any ideas?
i've checked the server and its running as normal, people can access the access point, and the server appears to have plenty RAM available (5gb)

Your QV server is down I think that's why your getting this error this will happen if some of the application are running for a long time and have occupied lot of memory i.e RAM , please identify those app and try to improve their reload time. This should do.

the server's not down as i can view the available apps via the access point, jobs are running as normal via the QMC and i can access the server to copy files.

well a reboot seems to have resolved the issue
there was no new apps loaded up this morning, and there's never been an issue with the current production apps
