No IE plugin access to document for one user

Hey guys,

following problem that has been driving us crazy for the last couple of days.

We have two QV Servers running with a single QMC (one for testing, one for production).

We have a customer that has access to a single document for two users on both servers.

Currently we distribute this document in a single task to both servers.

Both have the same web server settings.

Both users can see the document in both access points.

But here is the kicker: One user has the IE plugin available for both servers while the other only sees it on the test server.

Any ideas how that can happen?

The second user has no option to use IE plugin for any document on production server? Or is it just with this single document?

Both is true as the user only has access to one document.

How do you distribute to those servers? Using two lines in the Task->Distribute->Manually->Distribute to QlikView Server area?

Yes, we use a single task to distribute to both servers. just as you described.
