No connection error

Hello. I'm getting an error when users are connected using ajax client, it happens in some documents not in all. The server crashes and all the users lost their connection. My provider checked it and also QlikTech support but no luck with this. We also upgrade to the version 11.20.12235.0. Anyone has found a solution to this?
