Not able to assign professional or analyzer licenses - NEED HELP ASAP

Dear all,

After updating Qlikview to the latest release. I have applied the signed license key to obtain new licenses. 

After doing so, I try to add licenses, but am not able to. See attached screen shots and collected log. 


Can I be helped ASAP? The business is now not able to access Qlikview.

It is fixed now. 

 

The path in QMC - System - Setup - DSC - General was outdated and is now updated with the right domain.

Do you have internet access? A signed license key requires the Qlik Licensing Service to have connectivity to the Licensing Server.   Kindly review the below article.

I see that in 'about Qlikview' the license key is blanc. Is that supposed to be that way even after applying the SLK?

That dialogue looks to be from QlikView Desktop?
