Objetos criados pelos usuários no AcessPoint / Objects created by users in Access Point

Boa tarde,

Alguém Já Passou POR ESSA Situação:

Produto QlikView

Segue Anexo Imagem:

Obrigado.

Good afternoon,

Someone Has Passed THAT Situation:

QlikView Product

I have an application on the server that is enabled so that the user can clone or create their objects (bookmarks, graphics, etc).

These User Creations appear on the Server, in Documents -> Server -> Server Objets, User Has Just Deleted Your Bookmark Without Wanting, How Do I Get Back This Information? Does this save a place in some file on the server?

Following Annex Image:

Thank you.

Hello,

If user created server objects (bookmarks or charts or sheets) were deleted in the QlikView Management Console Documents -> Server -> Server Objets, then the only way to recover them is to restore a backup of the .SHARED or .TSHARED file stored next to the QlikView User document (.QVW).

Shared objects are stored in those files.

The same applies for if a user has deleted their own objects from the AccessPoint.
