OnOpen() trigger not firing i AJAX client

Hi!

I'm using QVS 9.0 SR2 and have problems getting AJAX client to fire of OnOpen() Document Event trigger. The action I'm trying to use is to "Apply bookmark" at document opening time. It works in IE Plugin and the win32 dev client.

I suspected that the problem is related to that we use "Initial Data Reduction Based on Section Access" / "Strict Exclusion" but the problem is still the same after disabling them?!

Any ideas?

You may want to try upgrading. I had a similar problem with the earlier verstion 9 SR patches. I'm on SR5 now and my OnOpen trigger, which just runs a macro to make some initial selections, is firing properly.

Thanks, that is good to know. Will upgrade but unfortunately I can't patch the server farm right now. I need a workaround if possible.

Would a VBA macro do the job on SR2?

I was never able to come up with a workaround. Others on the forum know more about VB/macros than I do, so maybe somebody else could help you out.
