One server Two QVS installations

We have one Win2008 server. We want to install two instances of QVS on it. One instance to use as development and other as QA (quality chck).

Can we do this with same QVS 11 version ? If I install in a different folder will that be sufficient?  If so how ?

You can only install one instance of QVS on a single physical or virtual machine. You will also need a distinct license number for each installation (including test or dev). There is a reduced price test/dev version of the license available from QlikTech.
