Pass values to variables parameters In ZFC client

We currently pass the Value of a Variable as a parameter Using URL as follows :

http://ServerName/QvClients/QvPlugin/opendoc_fix.htm?document=dashboards/ABC.QVW?varusr=bbb

We intend to now use ZFC instead of IE Plugin , however when we enountered an issue where no matter what value is passed in parameter the Report did nto show any change .

Any Suggestions couls be highly appreciated

Note: We are using Qlikview 9 Sr3 version on windows 2003 server
