Problem vid publisher 8.5

Hi

I use publisher 8.5 and got a problem. I have an application that updates every 10 minuts. It has worked fine for severel years but suddenly it only works 28 times of 100. The publisher says

Information

Waiting for task to be started: NotExecuted

Has any a solution?
