Publish using Active Directory / NT accounts

I have been publishing docs to NT groups but now would like to use individual NT accounts.

I have a table with two fields- Region and NT logon.

I would like to reduce on region and distribute on NT_LOGON. Is this the correct approach and if so what are the settings in Publisher for the distribute part?

You'll have to link Region to each logon for that Region. The downside is that you will generate a seperate document for each logon, even if it shares the same Region(s) with other logons. The loop will be on user. See
