Hi Rob, thanks for responding. I don't have access to the QMC only our admins do. I asked them about it and they said that the subject line of the email can not be changed only the body of the email itself.
I checked the help info at the link below and it seems to confirm what our admins were saying. Not a huge deal but somewhat of an inconvenience to have to open the email to see which report is being published/refreshed.
