QMC - Documents - User Documents - Document CALs - Assigned Users

Dear Sirs

There's a problem with managing users because I only see the  technical  name of the "ifc1\u80000668" users and not the name and surname. And I also can't search them.

What is the problem and how can I solve it?

If it's possible in german 🙂

Many thanks for your immediate support

Hello @Hermi ,

Thanks for posting.

What kind of authentication are you using?

Are you suing an Active Directory to full the users?

Seems all the users are manually input, hence that is why you cannot search them.

You need to ensure the Directory Service is well configured:

Directory Service Providers ‒ QlikView

Have a look and let us know.

Cheers,

Albert

Hello Albert

Many thanks for your input.  😀

It was the Password of the User in “Configurable LDAP” which was an old one.

Kind regards

Hermann
