Hi,
The following errors appear almost daily in the event viewer:
SE_LOG: Server - ConnectToLoaded: Could not connect to loaded file (errId=-3)
Could not acces the file XXXX\yyyy Model.qvw (e=-3)
Windows Server 2012 R2
The QV server version is : 11.20.12664
Does anyone know what can cause it?
Thanks!
Ok, well the error you are getting is mostly a section access error, when a user that has not right to the document due to section access for that it is denied.
Gio
Dafnis,
Do you have section access on that document?
Gio
Hi Gio,
Sorry for the late reply. I just noticed your answer.
Yes, some of the models have section access, but are not all are loaded by the server.
The ones which are, I have defined it in the Load tab of the document.
Thanks!

Hi,
I have the same problem. Documents with section access always give this error even though I enter the right credentials. Do you have any idea?
thanks
Marco,
when you say "Documents with section access always give this error even though I enter the right credentials." you are NOT having issue getting into the document but still you notice this error or you do have problem log into the document and then you see this error?
Gio
HI Giuseppe,
I see the error in the event viewer logging in windows....the document have no problem. Do you know why?

We have the version 11.20.12664.0 x64 bit.
Thanks a lot.
Marco,
Ok, the SE logs are logs that you may ignored, however, in SR12 got those turn off / fixed, because they are annoying. At this point I would recommend ( but your company choice) to upgrade to V11.20.12904 (SR12)
