We are currently running QV10 R4 on our Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise 64-bit server.
All our user cals and document cals details have disappeared and the license totals show as zero on the Client Access Licenses tab after validating the license on the server.
Has anyone had anyone seen this before please?

What is in your LEF? If after updating your license from the server you have zero licenses in your LEF, you should contact QlikTech.

Thanks for your help, that was the solution but all the user and document cal user details where lost.
The answer I have to find now is how the flag was set.
Hi John, You will find this in CalData.pgo in ProgramData-->QlikTech-->Documents folder. If you have upgrade and made a copy of QlikTech folder, just copy in the CalData.pgo file in the Document folder.//Stabben
