Off Duty is most likely because you have another QlikView server on the network that is using the same license.

Hi,

This can be caused by another server using the same license number. There is a tool called QVSDetector that is part of the QlikView Powertools that can detect that. You can get the PowerTools here.

Wich reason can you see on the site serveradress/qvajaxzfc/qvsstatus.aspx .

It can be a problem with the rootmount or other shared folders, or a problem with the license.

Hi,

thanks for reply, i was cleared the issue like

step1 goto services and stop the all QV services. then

step2 goto C:\programdata\Qlikteck  and delete all the files in the folder. then

step3 goto services and start the all the QV services and apply the licences in QMC . this will working fine. but Now every day i need to do this setps other wise this server goes Off Duty. i dont know the reason .

As per the Jonas i have the shared folders, rootmount .
