Hi Nisha,
Try adding the URL for the webserver as the "LinkMachineName" on the QVS settings within the QMC. The URL should be whatever the end-user uses as address.

Erik
Hi,
Erik is correct. If you look at your screen capture you will see qvp://fihel1-s5261 and then tunneler= http://fihel1-s1d
These are two different names.
Bill
Hello Erik/Bill,
Thanks for the reply. Please find attached the screen shot of my setting in QMC.
Can you please advise if it looks ok.
We have a cluster setup fihel1-s5261 and fihel1-s1d20 being other.
Regards,
Nisha
Hi Nisha,
I recommend you to change the "LinkMachineName" to the external facing name, i.e. whatever the end-user is using for connecting to the server.
Regards,
Erik
Hi,
Set the linkmachinename to either the outside URL or put (FromRequest) with the parentheses.
