Qlik View Plugin

We are using Edge (with internet explorer extension ) and plugin version of may 2021 SR2.

the plugin update to 2021 downgrade  by itself to version 2017. This keeps going all the time, and with some users it's causing the error you may see attached.

i will need to know if there's any limit on the version of plug in or Edge we are using.

The QlikView IE plugin client is installed locally on end users' computers. Can you explain in detail how the client is downgrading itself from 12.60 to 12.20? Where are you seeing this occur? On the QVS server or on end user's computers?

Edge support for the plugin client was fist introduced in version 12.50 SR3, so that would be the lower version limit. However the currently supported build versions are 12.60 and 12.70, so these versions would be Qlik's recommendations.
