Qlik View Server sessions logs missing for a week

Hi Team,

We are observing from our Qlik View server the session logs were missing for a week/10 days and after that it automatically started generating. Attached screen shot is for reference where it is not generated the logs files form 28FEB to 10 March 2021.

Can any one help us to identify to get the missing logs and also need what is the reason why the session logs were missing.

Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve missing logs if there were never written. Are you sure the the enable Session logging wasn't unchecked and then checked again 10 days later? Do you have any type of Anti-virus scans that may have locked the folder and prevented the session log from being written?
