Hello:
Could someone tell me something about the release date of QlikView 12 ?
Thank you
Joaquín
HI:
QV 12 it has been announced for the second half of this year ... but there are no official news yet
Regards
Joaquín
Hi,
There has been no discussion of this.
Bill
Take a look at this article that outlines the 2 products.. .QlikView and Qlik Sense. QlikView is at v11.2 and will likely be enhanced in the future but no firm dates as mentioned. The concept of 'QlikView 12' would pertain to the QlikView product line and is not applicable to the new product Qlik Sense.

Hi,
Next platform of Qlikview which is Qlik Sense is already available for download. So Qliktech call it Qlik Sense and cannot say Qlikview 12. It is so different in experience but very much similar in development
thanx
Hi Joaquin,
Qlik(R) Sense, the new data visualisation product was released yesterday.
Development of QlikView will continue. I would expect a QlikView version 12 in 2015.

Rick
QlikView 12 was formally announced on Qlik World Conference 2014 at Orlando. I was relieved and happy to hear that Qlik Sense is not QlikView 12. Qlik targets to release QlikView 12 in the second half of 2015 and it will share the same engine (QIX) and the same admin interface with Qlik Sense.
"The next release of the proven analysis solution QlikView 12 was also announced for the second half of 2015."
ok nothing new on QV 12, they said the same thing on Qlik World Conference 2014 at Orlando but did not really provide any specifics. Based on my hall conversations, I would not expect too much from QV12 - it could be just a service release, not the major upgrade like Sense. My personal opinion, Sense will grow into new QlikView once they add all advanced features to it. If you look at the specs for Sense platform architecture, it was designed from the ground up to be flexible and support new generation of apps and APIs, heavily focused on html5 and ajax which is really exciting and opens up new horizons for us all.
We will still waiting then.
Still waiting...........I'm guessing SENSE will be taking over.
