QlikView Access Point "No Server Found"

Hi There,

I have a question and I may be in the wrong place. I am not familiar with Qlik at all but employees in our company use QlikView Access point for their work. They access this by using a URL and logging in with their credentials. However they now receive a server not found message. I wanted to know if anyone has a potential solution for this. We have logged on to the server and used the link only to receive the same message. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

Hello @JackDubock ,

that is something your internal Qlik server team should investigate. They would usually follow those steps.

In your screenshot it shows that 0 of 1 QVS is running, that usually means that the Qlikview Server Service (QVS) is stopped.

best regards

Sebastian
