QlikView Anayzer capacity access rule

Is it possible to set Analyzer capacity access rules in QlikView in the same way as Qlik Sense?

No there are no access rules like that in QlikView. The license allocation works pretty much the same as it did with CALs.

If you have a QlikSense system,  that shares the License, you should be able to allocate the licenses in Qlik Sense. The users are synced between the systems
