QlikView Application not getting updated on AccessPoint

Hi,

We have a scenario where the application is running daily on QMC but the last modified date on Access Point and Source document folder is old/not getting updated. We checked the mounted AccessPoint folder and the dates are getting updated there. The application uses section access and our service account is already included in the section access.

Hey,

 

Have you tried removing the qvw from the Access Point folder and restarting the services?

Does it disappear from the Access Point? If not - could it be that you have other access point folders?

(Please make sure to do a back-up if you try this)

 

If it does disappear, would it reappear once you reload the distribution task? Check that you have a task that distributes the QVW to the Access Point folder.

Please let me know if these ideas don't get it solved.
