QlikView Custom Login Page

Hi
My assignment is to avoid the alternate Loginpage(1st Image) and to use a custom login page created in JSP.
Also there are many documents inside.Can it open a specific document among them after login?

Please Guide me on the steps i need to follow as i am new to QlikView.
