Hi, I'm helping a customer develop and maintain their QlikView environment. Now we have discovered that it has "disappeared" Document Cals, i.e. QMC says that the customer has 25 Document Cals, 24 of them are allocated, but QMC can only identify/allocate 21 of them to QlikView documents. How can we get the lost licenses back?

Most likely there were CAls assigned to a document that got deleted.
Best way forward is to write the pgo as xml. Then you can see what is assigned to what.
