QlikView License server

Hi Team,

We have QlikView installed on windows server and do not have internet accessible on it.

But in future we will whitelist few sites so which Qlik View server URL we need to whitelist for license verification ?

Also how frequently this license gets validated like daily or on restarts or during app access etc.
