QlikView Ops Monitor User Access Summary

Hello,

We're in the middle of a release for a new QlikView application, and we're being asked to track the usage of the potential users and report back to management. 

I am using the QlikView Ops Monitor, and when viewing the User Access Summary straight table, I see one record where the LanID is "-", any idea what this means?

I just don't understand how this could happen.

Hi Chris

The symbol - means there is no reference across 2 tables for LanID.

That means you're counting connection time for a Id which has no value referenced in the LAN table.
