QlikView Publisher task error "Unified Hub: Partial configuration not allowed"

I want to setup QlikView documents (hosted via AccessPoint) to be published in Qlik Sense Hub.

I've follow the guideline from qlik article https://support.qlik.com/articles/000026219

But when i run task in qlik view, i got error "Unified Hub: Partial configuration not allowed".

I suspect the configuration maybe wrong in QVDistributionService.exe config file, but i follow exactly like in guidelines. Below attached the error log and the config file.

Please anyone help. Thank you.

I would recommend checking out the following Help doc, that should be a better source, or at least a means to confirm if things are correct or not in the support article.  If you find issues after the fact with the article, be sure to provide feedback on that via the feedback link on the article page.

Hopefully this may get you what you need.  I will try to have a deeper look at things, but I wanted to get you this given it has already been a few weeks since you posted, hopefully the Help may get you the rest of the way.
