QlikView QMC shows unlicensed after reboot

Hi,

i have a Problem by some Customers (all Windows Server 2012) an QlikView Versions > 12.10

after reboot or Windows update the QMC becomes unlicensed.

The License Tab in QMC is empty,

but in the background the tasks will work, and Users can access via Accesspoint to the apps.

How can i restore the licence? because if I enter the licence,  must reconfigure all (Tasks, etc....)

Thanks for Help

Jürgen

You should be able to reapply the license without configuring the Tasks.

Click on System -> Licenses - Qlik View Server License>click on "Update License From Server">Apply.

Sounds like you have antivirus on the server.  Qlik recommends excluding the antivirus scanning from installation folders and their sub-folders from on-access virus scan.  All locations listed here are default locations.  https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/QlikView-Folder-And-Files-To-Exclude-From-Anti-Virus-Scannin...

On another note 12:10 is not supported Qlikview version. I highly recommend upgrading to recent version.  See end of support (EOS) date for all QlikView product releases.
