QlikView Web server root folders

Hello

We have QlikView server 11.2SR12

We have 2 machines A, and B

on A we have the management service, directory service and the distribution service

on B we have the QVS and QVWS

now by default the root folders are as follows:

these are local paths on A no?

does this mean that we need to share the QlikView folder on B and put the network path here?

please advise as now we are unable to log to access point
