QlikView WebTicketing and authorization

Hi!

I have WebTicketing setup on our QlikView server and login works fine. However, I am unsure of the correct configuration to hide/show documents to different users and groups without using Section Access.

In AccessPoint, only documents which are set to "All Authenticated Users"  are shown, but documents which use named users/groups do not appear.

All Authenticated Users set on Sales Compass.qvw

Named Users (Bob Jones) set on Gofl Quest.qvw

Any help would be much appreciated

Were you able to find a solution for this? I'm having the same issue but I can't see any QVW even with "All authenticated users" enabled.
