QlikView blocks Scripts folder for asp.net pages on same server

We have a WinServer 2008R2 with IIS7.5. Asp.Net site on it would not display any javascript files.

Narrowed it down to QlikView, and discover it takes over the /Scripts/ folder on every website in IIS.

Is there any way to stop it from doing this?

QlikView was installed first, and then we installed IIS.

HI,

You stated "QlikView was installed first, and then we installed IIS."

QlikView will only setup IIS if IIS is present when you do a Qlik install and pick IIS as the web server.  Qlik will not add itself to IIS if IIS is install after Qlik.
