QlikView service halted and restarted after reach specific usage of memory

Dear QlikView experts,

I have very strange condition within our qview env. We hosts 100MB application into QVS on Quad Server processor /w 12GB RAM. Funny things is whenever memory usage reach above 2.6GB, QView Server service will be halted and restarted, it will thrown error-300 without any further explanation.

Considering we still have plenty of memory available, can everyone advise solution for us ? is there any setting we probably missed or any other ?

What version of QlikView and Windows are you using.  Is it 64-bit?

Can you post a snippet of the log were you experience the error.

We use qv10sr3 on win2008enterprise server. It is 32 bit environment.

Since you are using a 32 bit application, the most address space you can reference is 2GB or 3GB with a specific windows setting. Please refer to the following link... http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa366778(v=vs.85).aspx#memory_limits

If you want to use the full 12GB, you'll need to install 64bit.
