QlikView tasks failure in QMC

Hello everyone,

When I am trying to run the tasks to reloads the QlikView applications through the QlikView management console, the tasks are failing. When looked at the application logs, all the logs show the same error 'Error: Unknown Error'

But when I run the same applications on my local machine where the clients are installed, I do not get any error and  they completed normally. Also, when I run the application on the server manually, the reload is completed normally. The issue is only when I am running through the console.

Earlier today, I was trying to run one my application manually and got the  error saying ‘Request ran out of memory’. I am suspecting that this might have casued the issue.

I tried to restart all 5 QlikView services. But, it did not help. Please provide your inputs?

Vindhya,

Are you using QlikView Publisher to reload/distribute the QVW file or just the QlikView Reload Engine to reload the QVW? Can you post the task log for the failed task, or at very least, post snippet detailing the error being returned?

Server reboot has helped. I do not see the task failures issues now.
