Qlikview 11.2 SR1 Small Devices in Access Point disable

Dear all,

were can the option - Small Devices - view under "view details" on the access point - be disabled in the publisher.

When we open an application on the server itself it is not availabe - only full browser and ie plugin. Within our virtual desktop environment

the users can also choose the small devices version. What is the reason for this behaviour? In the publisher i can only use the Full Browser AND Small Devices as distribution. Preferred is the ie client.

Hi Christian,

There are at least two places in the QMC you can check:

• System, Setup, QlikView Servers, expand and click on yours, Documents
• Documents, User Documents, click on the document, Availability

In the Publisher task you can specify whether or not the document will be available for Small Devices.
