Hello Everyone,
we use an old Qlikview Version 11 in our company. After the new year our licences had a problem to registir (see Picture attach) so i delete the Licence in qlikview and type again the Licence Number and Controll number but the same problem appears.
We dont have a licence Server all Clients are activated via licence numbers:

PRODUCTLEVEL;1;;2022-12-31
TIMELIMIT;;;2022-12-31
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
We have 6 Clients with there own licence number, two of them dont work, the other 4 are already activated.

For my own knowledge: what does PRODUCTLEVEL represent? Is it something related to licensing itself, anything on the technical side, or...?

The product level is the product the license will work with. Some examples are
product-level 1 was used by the old QlikView Analyzer

10 QlikView Server (all editions like SBE, EE, Extranet and Information Access Server)
