Hello all Experts,

I have a problem when I open Access Point in IE when I use http://ServerName/Qlikview

if I use http://localhost/Qlikview - works fine.

If I open the Access Point in Chrome ( http://ServerName/Qlikview  or  http://localhost/Qlikview) works fine.

the problem is only in IE and with the server Name.

IE version 11
Qv version November 2018
Server 2012 R2

Any idea?

Since this only affects IE and when you are using the hostname, I am thinking a local setting?

• Try adding the server name to the trusted sites.
• Turn off compatibility mode.
• And make sure the server name has no underscore (_) in it since Internet Explorer cannot set cookies with that, causing the authentication process to fail:
