Qlikview Accesspoint frequent disconnection with session timed out message

Good day,

We are experiencing frequent disconnection at the Qlikview Accesspoint when navigating to our QlikView application.

It is displaying "session timed out". Did anyone get ideas to fix this session time out? or possible cause for this?

If you investigate this further and it turns out to be a resource issues (which this can very often be if it isn't a timeout), then this article may be of help: Troubleshooting QlikView Server resource problems and crashe .
