Qlikview Accesspoint - stuck on endless loading screen after update to 2021 may

Hi,

Yest we updated our Qlikview installation from 12.0 to latest version.

After upgrade the accesspoint is stuck on loading. This is before we are able to authenticate.

Everything is set up the same way it was pre upgrade regarding .net , apppool , user running the services.

Ive been trying to use the few cases found throu google to see if any sollution helps but nothing has worked yet.

The event log regarding audting for the account running the services looks ok.

Does it eventually error out, or  does it load "forever"?

 

Start by checking the QVS, Directory service connector and QlikView Web-server logs. 

 

Here is an article with some information about the logs in QlikView

No it doesent errors out, in the logs i cant find anything useful connected to this. Will attach the logs to the post.

In browser everything looks ok

Looking at the logs you sent, it looks like some type of authentication issue.  But the log package wasn't complete. 

I suggest that you create a case of this. We will need more logs but you should not upload site specific files here, for security reasons. I will delete the ones already uploaded.
