You need to have knowledge on this below

- Qlikview Products (Desktop, Server, Publisher, Governance Dashboards, Connectors, Workbench, SharePoint webpards)

- Various Qlikview Product Versions like -  Enterprise, Small Business Edition server etc.

- Various Qlikview services

- Various Qlikview installation methods

- CALs

- Various logs

- Scheduling the tasks and Monitoring

- Analysing the Log files and Event logs.

- Some Qlikview Development experience

- Some Windows admin related stuffs

etc.
