Qlikview Formlogin.htm issue for AD users

Hi,

We have installed qlikview 12.40 and trying to use formlogin.htm(alternate webpage) for AD users.

When we browse the access point, it's keep on showing login prompt only even though with correct credentials.

Successful login is happening only for the users who are part of local Admin group on server.

Other AD users are unable to login. It is not showing the failed message also, instead prompting the formlogin.htm page only.
