Qlikview IE Plugin takes to QVS tunnel w/o IIS

Hi,

One of our users is trying to access QV application via IE plugin and Accesspoint returns the following error. Qlikview error.PNG

We are on Qlikview 11.2 SR 11 with Qlikview web server on a Windows 2008 R2. I don't get the same error while using the same app from my machine. Any suggestions/ fixes for this error?
