Qlikview QMC issue

Recently we migrated the Qlikview application from Physical windows to Cloud server (Qlikview version 2019 to 2023).

We copied all the config files and QVPR from old server to new server and made the necessary chage.

But we are unable to edit the QMC task ,while we edit the task ,getting an error(Error log given below)

And also QVS@Cluster showing "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Log:

System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no matching element || at System.Linq.Enumerable.First[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source, Func`2 predicate) || at QMSBackendCore.Domain.Resources.QlikViewServerResource.UpdateUserDocumentFolders(List`1 mounts) || at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.GetQVSSettings(Guid qvsID, QVSSettingsScope scope) || at QMSBackendInterface.QMSBackendService.PIX.Services.V12.Api8.IQMS8.GetQVSSettings(Guid qvsID, QVSSettingsScope scope) || at ManagementConsole.SourceDocuments.InitTaskProperties(QvaElementOwner owner, DocumentTask task, Boolean isNewTask)

Hi @Sabarirajan,

Suggest you go over the documentation again to ensure that all steps were correctly taken in migrating the QVPR and tasks from old server to new server

Upgrading to a different machine
Worry Free Migration for QlikView Server / Publisher
QlikView: Migrating to a different machine

If the total number of effected tasks is low, suggest you recreate them.

Best Regards

It's a jump over several major-releases which may have risks to conflicts in regard to any changed logic and settings. For such an approach all release-notes in between should be studied very carefully (but some risks will remain).

Beside this there are a lot of things which might go wrong - especially if the QlikView server-services are started before all necessary changes were made in all config-files (it are dozens of them). A repairing could be very difficult - better would be to delete the new environment and to start at the beginning again.
