Qlikview Server and Qlikview Web Server

I have a doubt reagrding QV Server and Web Server ,

Somewhere i studied that if you have QV server then , no requirement of IIS or Tomcat servers (Web Servers).

Is this correct ? if yes , that means we can do all the proces , that we can done from web server?

That's correct. QV Server comes with its own web server. You don't need IIS, Apache or another webserver if all you want to do is use the QV AccessPoint. It is possible to configure QV Server to use another web server like IIS. See section 7.4 Web Server from the Qlikview Server Reference Manual.
