Qlikview Server in windows services

Hi..When Am trying to start Qlikview Server in windows services......Am getting an Error message

Windows Could Not Start the Qlikview Server Service on Local Computer..Pls help me out how to resolve it...??

Is the account you are running the QVS service under a member of the QlikView administrators group?  And is the QlikView administrators group a member of Local Administrators?
