We recently upgraded our servers from Qlikview 12.3 SR3 to 12.5 SR4. After upgrading the servers, some users started complaining about a text object functionality in one of our applications.
There is a text object with actions for activating the other sheet; when users tried to click on that text object, there are unable to navigate the sheet which has given in the text object actions (activate sheet).
This is an intermittent issue; for some users, it is working fine.
Also, after clearing the cache, it is working fine for some time. But when they refresh after some time, they're experiencing the issue again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
