Qlikview bookmarks not saving

Hi All,

Qlikview bookmarks created over access point are disappearing.

Can you someone help on this please?

Hi @vidyarani,

The symptom you're describing is typically related to corrupted .shared or .Tshared files.  Suggest you start by checking the QVS Event logs for any errors related to .shared/.Tshared files.  Review the QlikView online Help entry Cleaning and converting the shared files and article Shared Files - Verification and Cleaning

You will find the bookmark list at QMC level against the application.

you can reshare the same to specific users.

Thanks Abhijit for the quick response.

I don't want to share the bookmarks.

Users are creating the bookmarks but bookmarks are disappearing after sometime.

Any solution to this?
