Qlikview documents stuck on ‘Queued’

Hello,

I have an issue which relates to a previous query I posted here:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView-Administration/Shared-user-created-bookmarks-disappear-on-Acc...

This fixed my issue with sharing user bookmarks by un-ticking the ‘Allow Only One Copy of Document in Memory’ box.

This has however created a new problem where documents now don’t reload and simply sit as ‘Queued’ even though there are no other tasks running.

As soon as I re-tick the ‘Allow Only One Copy of Document in Memory’ box the jobs run no problem.

Does anyone know why this is occurring and can suggest a fix?

Thanks in advance,

Adam

Allowing more than one copy in memory might lead to higher memory consumption. Check the load balancer log. default located here
